New website for GPR

GPR, the radio station of Pablito Group, has a new website: gpr.pablito.be.

The new site is built as a full listening experience for the station. You can listen live, see what's currently playing, check what's coming up, chat with the studio, send song requests and, when someone is on air, see who's presenting.

The player shows the current track and its artwork, along with the presenter when applicable. It also shows the next song and its cover artwork.

The site also includes a studio interface for managing requests and the station itself. Presenters can control requests, mute individual streams, change metadata, use DJ presets and see recently played tracks. Requests can be handled manually or sent directly to the station's playlist when the requested song is available.

GPR is also available as a PWA, so the site can be added to your home screen. Media controls and the lock screen show the currently playing track and its artwork while listening.

The new design uses GPR's red, #EA360E, together with Bricolage Grotesque and Outfit. The homepage focuses on the station and what's happening right now, with the player at the centre of the experience.

The website was built together with Studio pablo.joos, the creative design studio behind several other custom websites and webapps within the Pablito Group.
